A selection of artworks created by individuals from a local NHS mental health rehabilitation unit in Colchester, during a series of co-produced workshops led by local artists.

The workshops reignited my love and engagement with art as a pastime.

This project has been funded by the North East Essex Health and Wellbeing Alliance and GP Primary Choice, and administered through Community 360.
